At Far Headingley Dental Care we take feedback very seriously. Not only do we encourage people to share their positive experience via our in house feedback slips, on line via Google Reviews and or our own website Feedback Page, we also have anonymous Patient Feedback Questionnaires that you can place into our ‘feedback box’ on reception. These questionnaires give people the opportunity to tell us what they really think about us at FHDC with a score of 0 for Poor, 5 for Average, 7 for Good and 10 for Excellent

Our Environment
96% of people gave a rating of Good to Excellent for the quality of the environment at FHDC.

87% of people said they were seen on time and for those that were not the average extra wait was <10 minutes.

Mrs Precious is a wonderful dentist who puts you at ease, is gentle yet thorough and is very friendly. It has meant I no longer hate coming to see the dentist. Very friendly staff throughout the practice also. Thank you.
