Today we are introducing a new & improved telephone system at the practice. There may be a small period in the morning that call will not connect whilst our telephone number migrates over to the new system. All patients have been notified that are in today. If you have tried to call and cannot get through, please email enquiries @fhdc.co.uk as email is still running.
The new improved system will allow better communication and will also allow call recording so that we can improve our training and quality systems at the practice. We are also connecting to new higher speed fibre internet too. This should help our online booking and form filling via our patient portal.
