Please also provide us with some information about what exactly it is about your teeth and smile that you are not happy with and any services that you may be interested in e.g. Invisalign, dental implants, teeth whitening etc.
Please send us some photographs of your teeth and smile with a brief description about what it is you would like to achieve. One of our dental team will then provide an informal assessment and provide you with some options for you to consider.
We can then arrange for you to make an appointment at FHDC for a full clinical consultation, oral health assessment and a formal treatment plan.
Don’t worry about trying to achieve professional images. They are simply for a reference if we have not met you face to face before at FHDC.
If you find it difficult to take your own photos, perhaps ask someone to take them for you.
The following example photos are from a patient who was interested in Invisalign teeth straightening and teeth whitening. The images were taken on the ‘selfie camera’ on their iPhone. The dentist could see despite the low resolution images, that the patient could benefit from teeth straightening on his upper and lower teeth and that there we some unsightly amalgam fillings that could be replaced with tooth matched composite fillings.
